Complete our hard copy request form and send to us via fax, mail or encrypted email.
Log on to our secured web application and fill the online order form.
Export the request information from your case/claim management system.

MedSave USA recognizes the needs of our clients to retrieve status information on their requests. MedSave USA provides real time status updates:
By opening the request online, you will be able to view the most current status and a detailed activities log which shows our calls with the providers, any outgoing mail/fax/email and, of course, any other relevant information regarding your request.
MedSave USA utilizes Microsoft© Reporting Services which submits Status and Completed Request Reports in different formats to the client email account.
Once the records are scanned and uploaded to our secure site, MedSave USA offers you a few options to retrieve them:
View or download the records as a PDF document to your desktop or the appropriate network share folder.
The document can automatically be uploaded to an FTP on a daily basis with a log report which includes the daily uploads.
Your document management system can be integrated with our system, which allows us to upload the images directly to your system and be able to view records within your documents management software.
