1. What can MedSave USA offer that I can't accomplish with internal resources?
   MedSave USA has a proven track record of saving time, money and resources for clients. Our clients request our services because they recognize the value of the following:
   
   Time: MedSave USA's provider network gives us priority attention when obtaining medical records. We receive records on an expedited basis, at least twice as fast as you or your staff may receive them resulting in a better opportunity for clients to review records and prepare for a case.
   
   Money: MedSave USA dramatically reduces expenses compared to typical internal staff overhead expenses and other external outsource options.
   
   Resources: When MedSave USA requests, obtains, and transfers records, it allows your employees to focus on more strategic functions of claim adjudication.
2. How can our services benefit your company's bottom line?
   We can reduce your Loss Adjusting Expenses (LAE) significantly. Our large provider network allows for a considerable reduction in provider prepayments, which is normally charged to your council; therefore, your savings goes right to your bottom line.
3. We already work with a TPA. How would you be able to help us?
   All the more reason to use us. Defense Counsel process all the authorizations and they charge for T&E. TPAs are not involved in the process and simply pay the bills.
4. Is your company a part of any nationally recognized organizations?
   Yes, we belong to Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and Council on Litigation Management.
5. My counsel already handles this for us. Why should we use you?
   Why pay T&E for a clerical function? You are paying 66% more than you should with a 66% slower turnaround time.
6. What type of records can MedSave USA obtain?

   We can retrieve all types of records that require an authorization:

7. How long does it take to retrieve records?
   On average 80% of records are received in less than a month. The remaining 20%, would include records such as government records, which on average take 45 days to retrieve.
8. How will my records be delivered?
   Records can be downloaded from the MedSave USA Web Portal. We can also discuss more sophisticated technology solutions, as requested.
9. How do I order my records online?
   You can order records through the MedSave USA Web Portal. This is accessed through the client log-in.
10. How do I track my records?
    Clients may also track records online, which provides real-time updates as they are received.
11. What is your pricing structure?
    Pricing depends somewhat on volume and workflows. We typically charge a flat rate per request, with no hidden fees. 12. I waited until the last minute to submit my request for record retrieval. How can you help expedite my request?
    MedSave USA will make immediate contact with the medical provider and request records in an expedited manner. We will implement a "rush" procedure, follow-up more frequently, and when records arrive, we can manage them for immediate transfer, dependent upon your instructions.
13. Does MedSave USA offer services other than record retrieval?

    We work with over 1500 law firms.
18. How many requests do you handle per month?
    We deliver in excess of over 40,000 records per month. In 2009, we produced over 500,000 records to our clients.
19. How many providers do you deal with?
    We have a network of 750,000 doctors and over 5,000 hospitals.
20. How long have you been in the Record Retrieval business?
    We have been in the Record Retrieval business for 5 years; however, MedSave USA has been in business since 1991.
