Director, Marketing

Location:

Job Description:

The Marketing Director leads brand and scope awareness strategies, along with daily marketing function. The Director is responsible for brand and scope awareness, marketing analytics and tracking, campaign design and impact, visual identity the company and its products.

In this role you will develop and deliver strategic, integrated marketing plans and budgets, provide effective market intelligence that influences internal business decisions. Manage the company’s website and social media properties, directing the integration of SEO best practices as well as create, implement and maintain lead generation campaigns targeting key customers.

Additionally, you will oversee any external marketing-related agencies and direct the creation of all marketing collaterals and manage all aspects of marketing events.

Our successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing, communications, business or related field and have 7+ years of related experience, preferably in risk adjustment and/or healthcare marketing with proven experience in integrated marketing planning and execution, including management of multiple marketing channels to meet objectives.

You must have the ability to proactively prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously within time constraints and with strong attention to detail and possess an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to balance strong creativity and innovation with practical solutions. Other attributes you must possess are strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills, along with excellent, negotiation, written and oral communication skills.

.NET Developer

Job Description:

As part of our Applications Developer team, you will develop and debug software solutions utilizing scrum and other agile methodologies to create our web application solutions ensuring consistency, quality, architectural integrity, scalability and availability. You will also participate in the full systems life cycle with solution design, development, implementation, and product support using industry best practices and in the area of security and protecting PHI information.

The successful candidate will possess a BS in Computer Science and 3-7+ years software development experience as an object oriented programmer who has a "customer first" orientation. We are looking for previous programming experience with a focus on ASP.NET 4.0+ using C#, associated web technologies and MS SQL. Other proficiencies should include HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery. Previous healthcare experience and HIPAA knowledge would be a plus.

Customer Service Representative (Monday - Friday, day shifts available)

Reps will be making outbound call, contacting healthcare facilities to either set up on-site appointments for our field reps to gather medical records or request that they provide us copies of those records.

Successful candidates will possess previous customer service experience (healthcare knowledge a plus), excellent judgment, patience and diplomacy as well as good computer skills with the ability to multi-task entering accurate information into our systems. Job Description:

We currently have positions open for strong dedicated professional coders seeking a fulfilling and dynamic career providing superior coding and excellent customer service to our clients.

Our certified coders review, analyze, and code diagnostic information within a patient's medical record based on client specific guidelines. Coders are required to ensure compliance with established ICD-9, CM coding guidelines, third party reimbursement policies, regulations and accreditation guidelines.

The successful candidate will be certified by either AHIMA and/or AAPC (Acceptable Certifications are CPC, CCS, CCS-PCPC-H, RHIT, RHIA or CPMA) with a minimum of 2 years of coding experience along with 6 months of HCC coding.

Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Reporting to the CFO, our successful candidate will be an experienced financial manager with 10+ years of experience in financial modeling and scenario analysis for M&A transactions and proven results contributing to deals being executed and budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting of performance at both project and company level.

The successful candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration, excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to analyze, problem solve, prioritize and organize data. You must also possess a proven background in M&A, project evaluation and budgeting, expertise in financial model development, scenario analysis and reporting, develop, manage and track budgets and P&L as well as be able to manage staff and project deadlines. Also required is a strong background utilizing software tools, specifically MS Office suite and accounting software, preferably Great Plains.
