As the leader of our small Legal team, you will be tasked with redesigning and leading our contracting process and related functions in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance and IT. This person will provide ongoing management and maintenance of contracts, highlight the ramifications of contractual terms to decision-makers and draft and/or review contracts, MSAs, SOW, RFPs, etc.
The successful candidate will possess a Juris Doctor and 7+ years’ experience negotiating and drafting contracts in support of a highly active sales team, preferably within healthcare (health plans, privacy, Medicare Advantage highly desired) with the ability to negotiate, prioritize and manage a large volume of contracts and associated issues.

Customer Service Representative (Monday - Friday, day shifts available)
Hauppauge, New York
Reps will be making outbound call, contacting healthcare facilities to either set up on-site appointments for our field reps to gather medical records or request that they provide us copies of those records.
Successful candidates will possess previous customer service experience (healthcare knowledge a plus), excellent judgment, patience and diplomacy as well as good computer skills with the ability to multi-task entering accurate information into our systems. Key attributes include being able to work at a fast and accurate pace, be able to meet daily goals as well as be detail oriented, reliable and dependable.
