MedSave USA is a privately held firm and member of the Davidoff Group. The Davidoff Group which was established in 1963, specializes in the fields of insurance and healthcare services, and has interests and holding on three continents.

	First ServiceAdministrators: Specialists in Employee Benefits third party administration (TPA); founded in 1991.
	MedSave HealthCare India: Provides third party administration of health plans in India for over 1.4 million members; established in 2002. Over 20 branches in India.
