Glen Moller, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Moller has 20 years of experience in the US healthcare industry, having led growth companies in a variety of sectors, including PBM as well as Medicaid, Commercial and Medicare managed care.
Prior to joining MedSave, Mr. Moller served as interim Medicare CEO at Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC), where he managed the national Medicare business unit. Before Centene, he was President of Health Plans at private-equity backed Fidelis SecureCare. Prior to Fidelis, he was Vice President of Product Development and Chief Operating Officer of the Express Scripts Insurance company (NASDAQ: ESRX), where he launched the PBM's national prescription drug plan and managed the consumer-directed business unit. Earlier in his career, Mr. Moller held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at consumer-directed pioneer, HealthMarkets and at regional operating units of Oxford Health Plans, where he started his career.
Mr. Moller holds a B.A. from Boston College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Chandler Rapson, President
As President, Mr. Rapson is responsible for the Company's business development and retention. Mr. Rapson has held the position of CEO of the formerly independent Administrative Services business (then named First Service Administrators). His role has since been expanded to include oversight of the entire Company's sales, business development, marketing and account management functions, including the Legal, Insurance, Health and International lines of business.
Mr. Rapson has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and insurance industries. He previously worked with CareMedic Systems and led their product delivery efforts, which helped the company achieve its highest profitability mark in five years. Before joining CareMedic, Mr. Rapson held several positions with HealthPlan Services (HPS), the nation's largest TPA. He also held a leadership position at GE Capital, where he earned his Six Sigma designation and participated in the merger/acquisition and process reengineering of First Colony and Colonial Penn.
Mr. Rapson is a former hospital CFO and army officer leveraging his experience with both the government and private business sectors to understand the challenging and complex issues facing the healthcare industry today. In addition, Mr. Rapson serves as a board member for several organizations. He holds an M.B.A. with honors from Monmouth University and a B.S.M. from Tulane's A.B. Freeman School of Business.

Gonen Antebi, Chief Operating Officer
As COO of MedSave, Mr. Antebi leads the day-to-day operations, spanning all lines of business. Mr. Antebi has held the position of CEO of several of these lines of business, including the Health, Legal, Insurance, and International divisions. His operating role has since been expanded to include operational oversight of the entire Company's operations, including MedSave Administrative Services, one of the nation's larger TPAs (Third Party Administrator).
Prior to joining MedSave, Mr. Antebi was General Manager and Chief Operating Officer for MedSave India, where he established a national presence for the newly-created division. Before MedSave India, Mr. Antebi was Senior Vice President of Operations and Customer Service for Femi Premium LTD, where he managed operations for Israel's largest TPA. Prior to that appointment, Mr. Antebi was Director of Claims and the Provider Network at Femi Medical Services Management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Antebi was Manager of Medical Alarm Center at CLAL Medical Service Management, a service provider to the largest travel and health providers in Israel.
Mr. Antebi received a B.A. in Communications and Business Management from the College of Management in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Amir Keren, Chief Information Officer
As CIO, Mr. Keren is responsible for the company's IT strategy and operations. Mr. Keren also manages Operations for several lines of business, including the national medical record retrieval activities.
Prior to joining MedSave, Mr. Keren was employed as Vice President of Product Development at Sigma Knowledge, a leading BPM software company in Israel. Before that, Mr. Keren was Project Manager at K.B.I.S. International, a sister company of Sigma Knowledge. Prior to that, Mr. Keren was with B-Israeli.com LTD & B-Ver Solutions, an IT company, where he was a principal and partner. Earlier in his career, Mr. Keren was a lecturer with Kedem, a computer college in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Mr. Keren earned his B.S. at Bar-Ilan University in Israel and his MBA from Tel-Aviv University in Israel.

Jeffrey Tarlowe, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Tarlowe has over 20 years of broad financial management experience in healthcare, having supported organizations in the biopharmaceutical, PBM, hospital, healthcare technology and service sectors during his career.
Prior to joining MedSave, Mr. Tarlowe served as CFO/COO of Centerphase Solutions, Inc., a venture he launched in collaboration with Mayo Clinic to leverage electronic medical records to improve performance in clinical trials. Previously, Mr. Tarlowe co-founded, managed and served as CFO for Merck Capital Ventures (MCV), a $110 million venture fund which targeted innovative solutions to operational challenges in the industry. During his tenure at MCV, Mr. Tarlowe provided extensive consultative and analytical support to management and boards of emerging healthcare companies, resulting in significant growth in revenues and profitability. Before MCV, Mr. Tarlowe was VP, Financial Evaluations of Medco (while a subsidiary of Merck & Co., Inc.) and led the financial analysis of M&A transactions and new lines of business. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tarlowe held numerous roles of increasing responsibility within the Corporate Finance Area of Merck, including strategic planning, productivity measurement, capital structure optimization, cash and debt forecasting, and foreign currency exposure management.
Mr. Tarlowe holds a B.A. in Mathematics with honors from Pomona College and an MBA in Finance with honors from Columbia Business School.
